This already exists, at /speaker/popit, but link removed because the whole aspect of how people works in sayit needs looking at. This should really be "Allow me to add data from popolo JSON file or URL", given popit can presumably export that information, no reason to be popit specific.

As someone who's just been using SayIt in anger, my thoughts are this.

I want a button, probably on the people page, that invites me to 'Add lots of names at once'.

Once on that page it could explain that this is best done by importing Popolo data, with an explanation that that's easiest to make using PopIt (link).

Ultimately I want a box into which I can paste a URL pointing at some popolo data.

One wrinkle I've already detected is this, though - I think it's going to be quite common to want to add data from several different sources. I want all the local councillors for my area, plus my local MP and MEPs, all of which might well live in three different sources.

Aside/something to do first - the add speaker name form is currently so small/boring that upon successful submission instead of redirecting you to new (empty) speaker page it just showed you the form again with message at the top about person created, add a speech by them link.
