Decide whether to split out a "New speaker" button from a "Current speaker" dropdown

With the current scrolling list of names, which you select to change speaker, we feel it might lead to confusion and problems identifying the person before you can say they've started speaking. It might be better to have a big new speaker button, which you can hit whenever the speaker changes, and then whilst they're speaking you can select who it is from a dropdown/whatever. That way, you (in most cases, I imagine) have longer to work out who it is.
