Show in Testnet node details page statistics for the current and previous months #1274

Add buttons for month selection in the header. The default month is current month.
Replace the "Details" section name with the name of the selected month.
Show Uptime in percentage too.
Rename Weekly Availability to Daily Availability section. Increase the chart range from week to month.
Show all other metrics in the top section for the selected month.
