Avado new release notification

After the Grooming session with Avado CTO we concluded, that we need to notify them about each new successful release of Mysterium Node.

Currently, there is the following repo https://github.com/AvadoDServer/AVADO-DNP-Mysterium-Server , which describes the steps of Mysterium Node image release or Avado.

I suggest doing the following.
Modify our Github/Gitlab that on each successful Release (unchecked Pre-release box) we are making Pull Request on their Github repo with 2 modifications in files:

• dappnode_package.json
• build/Dockerfile
  with reflected latest released Mysterium node version

Later someone from Avado will approve this PR and the build will be triggered on their end with the versions changes.
