Add new contributors to library to unblock fixes

It seems this library hasn't had any updates in ~14 months (as of end of July 2022). There's a number of significant issues that are open, many with PRs to fix. If original maintainers don't have adequate time anymore (understandable) it seems we should work to get more added.

[voxpelli]

eslint-plugin-n is the maintained version of this module.

We switched to it in eg. eslint-config-standard / standard and it is maintained by me and other members of the official ESLint community organization.
