[Feature : Theme] Show theme selector in the app toolbar

What is missing ?

Switch theme directly in the app toolbar (a restart is still required)

This feature is very helpful during development to test icons for different themes or when ckecking the UI layouts by using different background colors which is not working in the dark theme.

The theme selector is not displayed by default, it has to be activated in the preferences dialog
