Add a configurable logging subsystem in the client #41

The client should have a mechanism to produce useful logs when they are necessary to understand what is going wrong in some cases.

The main features on a logging subsystem:

may be enabled/disabled when it is necessary,
should log messages on different loggings levels,
should have configurable logging levels.
