• Reporting & Messaging: Implemented features for reporting, interactive messaging, and error handling in data entry.
• Modular Design: System divided into modules for Main, Publishing Houses, Items, Books, Audio Books, PDF Books, Customers, Sales, Borrowing, Outgoing Mail, Inbox, Library Details.
• Role-Based Permissions: Administrative staff manage system sections, with specific permissions for librarians and officers.
• Customer Interaction: Provided customer login for library asset browsing and direct communication with library management.
