ct-monitor

Usage:
First, cd into ct-monitor/server and compile server.go
cd back into the top level of the repo
Then run ct-monitor/server -monitorlist= -loglist= -config=

Testing:
For all test cases: cd to top level of the repo and then run go test ./...
