Switch to cmake

• A simple release that doesn't change functionality, but switches to cmake as the build system

Fixed build

The last version broke the build. This issue has now been resolved.

Differentiated flex/bison PREFIX

Version 0.1 had the bug that it did not differentiate its flex/bison code from other flex/bison code with a different API prefix. This issue has been corrected, and libdice can now be linked with other libraries that use flex/bison without causing errors.

First release

The first release with basic functionality:
