The fact is that OpenAI blocks all requests from the CIS countries (Russia and Belarus). However, Telegram is not blocked in these countries. But when using a proxy for both at the same time, there are problems that the proxy can break the connection from the telegram, thereby causing the bot to crash completely. Therefore, I separated the proxies in order to leave telegrams on the same IP address as the server, but make requests to OpenAI through a proxy.
