Make the ADIF and and Cabrillo name of a contest a parameter one can set in the CFG file

If one wants to create a custom CFG file for a new contest, allow overwriting the ADIF name and the Cabrillo name. These names will default to the contest name but there are often different values. This would affect the config parameters to ensure it can be read in but default to the value in the ContestsArray in VC.
