Pop-open control tabs

Change order of the pop-open tabs so they match the order on the board - or not, pop-open-tab to pin association seems very strong whether you read top-down or bottom-up. The fact that the A1A2P1P2 are on the left of the GUI, like on the boardlet, is important.

I don't like the idea of the pop-open tabs being always-open when the scope window is large. Adds to the unfamiliarity. Better to do it one way or the other, all the time. I vote for always closed, pop-open when desired.

That they stay open while you adjust something, and the scope continues to run so you see when you are satusfied, is great
