Currently, mouse scroll wheel can move up/down. How about add Shfit+scroll wheel and Ctrl+scroll wheel?

1.It's a good idea to move the image left/right by Shift+scroll wheel. However, you need to be careful to avoid conflicts with existing features. Currently, shift can change the speed of moving the box (see section 5.4.11).

  1. Resizing the image by Ctrl+scroll wheel has been implemented.
