Task request: return key

Currently there is no way for the Staff to be alerted when a member who has a key but changes to a membership without a key. We should have a nudge in there to remind us to ask for the key back or to at least turn the key access off in Nadine.

There are lots of ways that this could go. We are open to any method, but need to have a way to build an alert in so we don't forget.
