Add the following option in the extension popup menu to enable or disable the type of skip.

Add a toggle group to:

These options will be for both Netflix and Prime OTT platforms

Enable/Disable skip recap
Enable/Disable skip next episode
Enable/Disable skip intro
Enable/Disable skip Ads

Also persist this information locally.

To do:

Create User Interface
Add conditional logic accordingly
Persist that information locally

We can start a discussion about how to save the data locally, also manifest needs to be changed to ask permission for local storage.
