Note that windows users can give this sneak preview with Qt5 Easywinbuilder a try: https://github.com/phelixnmc/namecoin/tree/qt5

@domob1812 If somebody could check this still works on Linux with Qt4 I would suggest we merge even if Qt5 is unchecked on Linux. The move to Qt5 simplifies the Windows build process (Qt5 has proper MinGW included) and the previously used Qt4 binaries are not publicly available any more.

It compiles fine for me (Debian Wheezy, Qt 4.8.2) and seems to work from a quick look.
