Consider making upstream tor-browser-build a Git submodule #1

It's a bit difficult to audit this code, because it duplicates several components of upstream tor-browser-build. Would it be a good idea to add upstream tor-browser-build as a Git submodule, and make the common, container-image, debootstrap-image, go, and goxnet projects symlinks to that submodule's corresponding projects?
