This adds a profiler, enabled by passing the --profile flag to the compile command.

This feature is only available when NANOC_FEATURE_PROFILER is set to a true value (1, true, yes, …). It will become generally available in 4.3.

This will hopefully make it easier for people to profile their site compilation.
