Contribution-ready version Release

We changed the whole management of the plugin from unorganized to an organized structure using Grunt. Now the plugin is ready to fork and contribute on. We made a lot of improvement removing unnecessary things so that we made huge difference in the plugin size.

The changelog will point out some of the improvements.

⚠️ WARNING

It's a whole new revamped version and is not supporting legacy methods. Unfortunately there's no backward compatibility, and there's no automatic upgrade incorporated, so update from previous version might loose additional data of every ad that's previously added using the plugin. You have to manually edit 'em and update them using the recent version.

We're extremely sorry for the inconvenience.
