I have a new theory this time... Mostly involving a "description" engine that can describe certain types of things with sort of pre-fab sentence structures. Unfortunately it will require a lot of upfront work, but I think it can work. I also have some crazy ideas that involve a genetic algorithm to mutate properties of the environment... We'll see :P

Sounds interesting. I think the simulationist approach should work well, even though that's not what I'm going with this year. Using a genetic algorithm should make it even better.
