Feature request: export the list of reads used to train a model

Dear developers,

Is there any way to tell which reads map with good enough coverage/quality to be part of the model training? Is that list of reads saved anywhere in way that it can be exported?

If not, I would like to make a feature request for this, as this would really help characterizing models and make the best use of all data.
