Is it possible to add new languages to the interface? We can help to translate into Russian.

well, anything is possible, of course :)
but the code isn't really set up for that kind of stuff... so the whole 'internationalization' bit would have to be coded up before any actual translation can be put in.
that said, in the wake of btcex death, we're working on setting up a -ru channel for OTC. should work immediately without any extra coding - just would require you guys to put up with gribble's output being in english. :) but his output is limited enough that it should be straightforward to figure things out, and those of you who can understand english can help the others along. :)

for now - please join us on #bitcoin-otc-ru and #bitcoin-otc-rus (probably will go for the former, but lzsaver who registered it was not immediately reachable for comment.)
