Is OpenWind compatible with Nansat 1.2.2?

hi,
I am trying to retrieval wind speed from Sentinel-1 data by OpenWind.
But when I run test_sarwind.py, it throws an error similar to
ImportError: cannot import name 'OptionError' from 'nansat.tools' (C:\Users\Schuman\Anaconda3\envs\py3nansat\lib\site-packages\nansat\tools.py)

I know that OpenWind depends on Nansat, and I have installed Nansat (version 1.2.2).
If OpenWind is compatible with Nansat 1.2.2?
