The modules in here have some pretty unhelpful names. Also, the grouping is a bit of a mess. In particular, advanced_image_processing, which currently contains ADINA. I think it would be better to have something like filter, which contains remove_zeroed_lines, ..._f0, wavelet_transform, etc. Also, something like factor could contain dictionary learning with SPAMS and maybe other related techniques if need be. Lastly, refine could contain a bunch of functions and classes used for ROI refinement.
