This PR just adds a bit of information regarding the _toc.yml and _config.yml based on my experience building workshop materials recently.
Updating the ToC is pretty crucial and offers a lot of control over the flow of the website.
And I noticed a lot of other workshop repos don't have the config info pointing to their repo nor authors updated.
