Plans for update

Hi,

I have been experimenting with post 6.70 cFS (commit 6aeca23a57a4808fc278f33033ccb0e51746e732). When compiling SCH, I get errors regarding features which appear to be deprecated. For example, use of boolean, CFE_ES_APP_RUN, CFE_ES_APP_ERROR and so on. I have tried building with OMIT_DEPRECATED=false, but this makes no difference.

Are there plans to update the application?

Hi Jack, there were deprecated elements removed post 6.7 with many more gone as part of 7.0/Caelum development. SCH is on the list for getting updated to work with Caelum, but unfortunately I don't have an expected date. Maybe @ejtimmon knows more?

Ok, thanks. That's cool. I'm not sure we'll end up using it - I was just interested for the future.

Has there been more discussion on this to your knowledge @skliper? I see you're an active dev on some of the other apps and figured you would be the best person to ask since you commented here previously.

@LucienMorey - great question and unfortunately I still don't have an expected date for any updates from our side. The group I'm in has been focused on the framework and 10 other apps.
