Fixing relatives link which do not work in their current form. See https://nasa.github.io/fprime/, and click on the links for CMake API or C++ API.
Rationale
Relative links cannot be used as is, because
toc.mdis included in the current page the user is browsing, so the relativeness is computed from there, which changes based on which page is being displayed.
