[Imagery Plugin] Don't story telemetry, create an object to hold needed information

Currently, telemetry data is pushed into an array and used for displaying images, times, etc. This isn't good practice and some of the needed information is being calculated in methods that are being called many times a second significantly impacting the display.

Need to pull and calculate any data for an image and store it on a separate object that can then be used.

Testing

• view imagery with related telemetry
• verify you can click thumbnail images
• verify in the dom inspector that the image thumbs are not constantly being rendered
