[Telemetry Table] changing visibility of columns only happens on re-navigation

Overview

In edit mode of a telemetry table, toggling column visibility is not reactive. The change only takes place when navigating away from and navigating back to the table.

Expected Behavior

Changes to column visibility in inspector should be picked up immediately by the table

Steps to Reproduce

1. View telemetry table
2. In Edit mode, toggle column visibility from the inspector
3. Observe whether columns show/hide reactively in table
