Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We need to plot non-time based plots as lines.

Describe the solution you'd like
The bar chart will be extended to support plotting of spectra as either a bar chart (histogram) or lines

Testing Instructions:
Create a Graph (bar or line)
Drag and drop some telemetry into the graph
Ensure that the bar chart is displayed by default.

Edit Inspector properties and change the X, Y axes and The display style to line + interpolation and ensure that the display reflects the changes.
