Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Right now the gauge plugin is not installed by default in Open MCT but probably should be. It will also be necessary to modify any tests that are manually installing the plugin.

Testing Notes

  • Verify that Gauge is available in a vanilla install of openmct
  • Verify that Gauge tests appear in percy.io
  • Verify that Gauge appears in viper

Verified independent test pulling release/2.0.5 and doing a clean install.
