Summary

  1. Figure out when they started timing out
  2. Figure out what changes were associated with that date (if any)
  3. Investigate where we're seeing this in the playwright logging.

Visual tests started timing out after the imports-loader bump. They became more frequent after we merged release/2.0.8 (where we added a couple additional visual test suites).
