[CI] Deploysentinel Github PR Comment bot is incompatible with playwright's test.fail() method

Summary

We are purposefully failing a test in our framework folder to ensure that console log errors are detected. This is natively supported with playwright's reporters, but flagged as a failure from deploysentinel.

It will be easier to just turn off this test until the problem is fixed on their end.
