  1. Remove IE6 support via csshover.htc hack 

    The main branch of this repo requires MediaWiki 1.39+.

"Basic" support (e.g. for HTML/CSS) for IE6-7 was discontinued in
MediaWiki 1.35, ref https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Compatibility.
