This PR contains a bunch of changes to make overview-navigation work in GNOME 45+.
This is kind of a quick-and-dirty effort to get things working, but I haven't managed to find time to properly finish the port yet, so here are a bunch of outstanding items:
The current status is that everything works in GNOME 45 and 46 as far as I can tell, just that the preferences window doesn't look as nice as other extensions.
