Manual time entry end time reset bug #1232

While modifying the time manually on the date/time range selector I found a scenario that resets the end time to match the start time:

Select the same start and end date (start: 12/12, end: 12/12)
Select the same time 12 hours apart (start: 2:15 AM, end: 2:15 PM)
Click into end time text input to modify manually
Change end time to 1 or more minutes earlier (end: 2:14 PM or earlier)

You'll find that the end time resets to be even with the start time (end: 2:15 AM)
