Added Balsamiq Mockups template

I added this Balsamiq Mockups template, which is a modified version of the file posted at http://community.balsamiq.com/balsamiq/topics/provide_a_960_grid_background which didn't seem to have the 10px margin on the left and right columns.

I'd be happy to add these, but first, two questions:

1. Would you mind also making a 24-col version, with these dimensions?

1. Dumb question, but... How do I install Balsamiq Mockups? I tried their Adobe AIR version, but it won't install, a seemingly recurring theme with me and AIR. HipChat works, but TweetDeck and Balsamiq Mockups do not.

24 col version committed - with some titles and main container borders added so that the buffer on the left and right of the first and last columns respectively is clearer.

AIR... Hmmm.... I use it only when it is unavoidable... Fortunately I was able to install it from http://balsamiq.com/download but not much help debugging it!
