clReleaseDevice is 1.2-specific.
This commit introduced a regression in 1.0-RC3 and must be reverted immediately!

Not sure why this causes an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION and not a UnsatisfiedLinkError, need to check if BridJ didn't regress.
