clReleaseDevice is 1.2-specific.

This commit introduced a regression in 1.0-RC3 and must be reverted immediately!

Reported in this thread on the list.

Not sure why this causes an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION and not a UnsatisfiedLinkError, need to check if BridJ didn't regress.

Fixed in latest 1.0-SNAPSHOT (available in Sonatype OSS Maven repository)
