SecureRandom no longer requires OpenSSL in Ruby 2.5, so need to be required explicitly by the gem now. ruby/ruby@abae70d

OpenSSLwas being required viaSecureRandombut this changed in Ruby 2.5 (ruby/ruby@abae70d), so now has to done explicitly in case not required already.
