  1. Update consumer last_seen on status messages and requests 

    Getting any message from consumer, even timeout, should reset
the last_seen timer.

  2. Adapt pull consumer termination and error conditions 

    Idle heartbeat should not terminate iterator, while
status of consumer deleted should.
