Code analysis is currently causing Visual Studio to crash consistently on build with an error about not being able to convert BuildEventArgs to BuildEventArgs. I believe the issue may be related to dotnet/msbuild#1675.

Code analysis is temporarily disabled and we should re-evaluate if this crash still occurs when the linked issue is fixed and deployed.
