Lock VCs when not in use

Sometimes, random people join the bot VCs for no reason.

The bot should lock the VCs when they are not in use, so random people don't join

The readme has a solution to this. Simply limit the VC to 2 users. If you are still having issues, limit it to 1 user and give the bot more permissions (I don't remember the exact permission that allows this) so that it can join even when the VC is already full.

Oh, sorry, I misunderstood the issue. I might be able to add this but I'm pretty much done working on the mod for a while (both that I'm going to be busy and the reasons stated in the project status update). Until then, you might be able to make your own bot to do this.
