Feature Description:
Addition of Myth-based quests and world events (for instance dungeons set in the 'hell' of main stream mythologies). For instance, going to Yomi in order to save Izanagi from Izanami's revenge - Going through the Nine realms to forge our own Mjolnir etc - Who knows, if the server evolves even more, it could add certain marchants, trophies or otherwise.
Benefit to the entire server:
A greater sense of involvement. It is what brought me and my friends to the server already, the server has a lot of RP elements that are amazing, It would add do it greatly.
Effect on game balance:
Game balance would evolve with the introduction of those legendary artefacts (which should be bound to the wielder so as to avoid a creeper death to lose said artefacts), but if made correctly, those artefact can be more utilitarian (while slightly better than your average enchanted netherite), so as to remain in balance. Likewise, if the quests are made hard enough, only a handful of people would be able to obtain artefacts.

This could be included in the Black Market idea though, it would be simple fetch quests. Still, it may help the roleplay aspect of the server and may even bring back some old players (EOS was a complete rp so it may come back if there's more roleplay elements).
