Circuit Termination does not render a relationship

Environment

• Python version: 3.7.12
• Nautobot version: 1.2.3

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to add a custom relationship, such as https://demo.nautobot.com/extras/relationships/add/
2. Create with a source type circuit | termination
3. Create with a destination type circuit | provider
4. Add a relationship from circuit | termination
5. View that circuit

Expected Behavior

To be able to see the custom relationship

Observed Behavior

There is no place for the custom relationship to exist.
