Looks like leftover work from #2517 - we missed some docs updates:

INFO     -  The following pages exist in the docs directory, but are not included in the "nav" configuration:
              ...
              - models/dcim/region.md
              - models/dcim/site.md
nautobot/docs/core-functionality/sites-and-racks.md:    include-markdown "../models/dcim/region.md"
nautobot/docs/user-guides/getting-started/regions.md:Additional information on Regions is in the [Regions section of the Nautobot documentation](../../models/dcim/region.md).
