Robina Speech

This a jsonrpc based speech recognition and tts system. It supports SRGS based grammar and is able to connect to ROS. It has two parts:

1. C# code which is a jsonrpc server to be accessed from other systems. Supports Kinect and microphones.
2. Ros based python client working as an interface for robotic things
