Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I do not wish to create a .ndignore file for every folder I want to exclude. I would rather have a global .ndignore syntax instead, similar to .gitignore.

See also issue #297.

I think this is still very much worthwhile to have.

I come to this because i asked the same. The possibility to exclude a certain folder or folders in just one click and not that you have to do this for every folder.
