Portfolio Website

This is a personal portfolio website built to showcase my work and skills as a web developer and programmer.

Features

The website includes the following sections:

  • Header - Includes a logo and navigation menu
  • Hero Section - Contains an introductory headline and typed text animation
  • About - Details my background and skills
  • Skills - Shows proficiency levels across various programming languages and tools
  • Resume - Highlights work experience and projects
  • Portfolio - Displays featured projects with image gallery lightbox
  • Contact - Contact form and social media links
  • Footer - Copyright and credits

The portfolio projects are categorized with filters and include modal popups with project details.

The site is fully responsive using Bootstrap and some custom CSS. Interactive elements include a typed text intro animation and back to top floating button.

Customizations

The BootstrapMade template was customized with the following changes:

  • Replaced placeholder content and images
  • Updated colors and fonts
  • Added portfolio project section and projects
  • Added project filtering
  • Formatted content for responsiveness

The index.html and assets including CSS, JavaScript, images, and vendor libraries are part of my site source code.

Installation

To run the portfolio website on your local machine:

  1. Download or clone the repository
  2. Open the index.html file in your browser

All asset links are relative so it can run directly from the file system.

Alternatively, you can host the full website codebase on a web server.

Roadmap

Future plans for enhancing the portfolio website:

  • Add an Administration section to manage the portfolio and case studies
  • Integrate with a CMS like WordPress for blogging capabilities
  • Improve SEO and add analytics
  • Incorporate additional visualizations for skills section
