FAQ

Export Debug Logs

We may need you to send us your debug logs for us to investigate. Please follow the steps in the figure to retrieve the log file and send it to support-wallet@nayuta.co.

Can I send and receive Lightning Network now?

You need a channel to use Lightning Network. See "How to start"

If you press and hold the card on the Home screen, Sendable and Receivable will be displayed.

I have zero Sendable and zero Receivable

If Sendable and Receivable are zero, there is no channel. If you can't figure out why the channel disappeared, please contact support.
A refund may be possible.
